WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We know you're excited to get your order and trust us, as we are so thrilled and appreciative of your business and support of our shop & can't wait for you to receive it!
Quinn + Belle is an independently owned & handmade small shop. Every item is carefully cut & handmade to order from our studio. As a family business we work as fast as possible without sacrificing quality! We take pride in getting your order to you timely.
The turn around time for most handmade orders & tees is approximately 21-28 business days after you place your order. Some items may take longer to fulfill if they are pre order which is noted in listings. These items may also include hand sewn items, or supplier delays.
Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. This turnaround time doesn't include shipping time.
While we try to avoid all delays on our end, occasionally some items may take longer due to unforeseen delays such as Acts of God, illness, severe weather, shipping and back-orders from our suppliers. If your order is expected to take longer than the 28 business days due to stock back-orders or delays from suppliers, we will contact you via email.
Need your order sooner or by an exact date?
We understand you may have an event, need a gift or an order may be time sensitive! If you are need of a particular item by an exact date, we ask that you kindly email us BEFORE your place your order at firstname.lastname@example.org. We would be happy to work with you and confirm if we can accommodate your timing! If your order has already been placed, we cannot guarantee it by a certain date.
Quinn + Belle is not responsible once shipped for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. If you would like to add insurance to protect against these instances, please notify me before placing your order. If an issue arises, please be sure to contact your local USPS office for information on your parcel. Please contact your local post office regarding any issues after the order has been shipped. Any lost or damaged packages are up to the buyer/customer to file a claim with USPS.
International Shipping: We happily ship internationally to all countries! Please allow for longer shipping time for your order to arrive. We are not responsible for any customs or duties fees or any delays in customs. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, as this is out of our control
Pre-Orders: Preorders may take up to 4 weeks to process + shipping (3-5 business days). Please understand that this window may be 1-2 weeks longer if there is an issue with garment backorders.
Order Changes: Please make sure to verify all items being purchased before checkout. Once your order is placed, all sales are final and no changes can be made. For equality with all of our customers & to maintain structure there is no exceptions. We do not accept returns or exchanges if an order was sent as ordered. Please be sure to order sizing accordingly. Need help with sizes? Feel free to email us or refer to sizing comments in some listings. If an order is sent back we will deduct a 15% restocking fee & initial shipping cost from your refund.
Discounts + Store Credits: Any discount codes must be presented at checkout to be valid. Discount codes are never valid on previous purchases. Only one discount may be used per transaction. Store credits cannot be combined with discounts. We will not honor discounts or refund for a code you forgot to use.
